Can Ι reprint any tickets that have been previously printed?
In the case the company allows reprinting, you need to do the following :
Select the ticket you want to reprint using the Del key and the use the key combination of ALT+F8
How can I test that my printer working properly?
This can be performed in the following ways:
a) By printing a ticket with the test itineraries of Liknoss e.g. 05/01 ΑΤΗ – GRA with the vessel TEST SHIP.
b) By pressing one of the number on the first column in the CRSInstall application.
What are the minimum computer requirements for the LIKNOSS Desktop Agency App?
LIKNOSS Desktop Agency App minimum requirements are:
OS: Windows 7 or higher
CPU: 32bit or 64bit and 2 GHz speed.
RAM: 2 GB (32bit) or 4 GB (64bit).
GPU: Any Built-in graphics card will suffice.
Storage Space: Minimum 100 MB.
Parallel or USB port for the thermal printer.
Internet access.
